I’m Melissa Ifill, a licensed clinical social worker, emotional wellness coach, and spiritual practitioner dedicated to helping Black women heal, grow, and reclaim their power.
With over 20 years of experience, I blend clinical expertise, spiritual wisdom, and holistic healing practices to create spaces where deep transformation happens.
I hold a B.A. in Public Affairs, a Master’s in Social Work, and an Advanced Certificate in Women’s Studies from Syracuse University. My training includes EMDR, trauma-conscious yoga, Reiki, psychedelic integration, sound healing, and breathwork. As an Iyalosa (priest of Oshun), I honor ancestral wisdom in my work.
I specialize in helping Black women and wellness entrepreneurs break cycles of self-sabotage, heal emotional wounds, and align with their true selves. Using my E.G.O. and CARE frameworks, I guide clients through self-discovery and emotional freedom in therapy, coaching, intensives, and retreats.
Beyond the work, I’m a mother, a nurturer and a lifelong student of healing. My passion is creating sacred spaces for deep, lasting transformation—because healing isn’t just personal, it’s collective.
Let’s do the work, together.
